    水稻逆境(高温、低温)适应性的分子遗传及其育种:

    1)种间或亚种间的耐逆性差异的遗传基础;2)主效基因(QTL)的图位克隆与功能分析;3)主效基因参与逆境胁迫的调控网络;4)主效基因的自然变异及其功能标记开发与应用。
